Here is how you do a full reset:
1. Go to Application Manager on your device.
2. Look for messageLOUD
3. Clear data and clear cache until all values are zero.
4. Click uninstall.
5. Do a full phone restart.
6. Go to https://play.google.com/store/
7. Set it up as before.
8. Go to the settings screen and click 'buy' on whatever item you had purchased before, Google will then reinstate your purchase.
8. If you purchased a promo code, please let us know at support@messageLOUD.com and we will provide a replacement code.
